All our products are shipped our delivered within 7-10 working days depending on the category and availability of products.
In situations beyond The Green Golry control, there may be circumstances (eg: natural calamities, products out of stock and/or products being sourced from out of the country), which cause a delay. In such cases, The Urbans Warehouse will ensure to keep the customer updated about the earliest timeline of delivery.
Customers will be notified about their products being shipped via email updates. Once the products are dispatched they will not be cancelled under any circumstances.
