EXCHANGE POLICY
All the Approved exchange and replacement will be completed with in 15 business working days.
Product is defective and/or damaged.
Product is described incorrectly or does not correspond to the item shown on the Website and purchased by the Customer.
You will be requested to share photos and videos of the product if defective or damaged and mail the same at RETURN POLICY
You can return the products within the first 7 working days of the item’s delivery.
No items purchased during sale will be eligible for return
For any return or exchange of products, please mail us with the request at greenglory.shop along with the product photos, photos of the seal and order number. Our team will generate the pickup request.
Items will be replaced or money will be refunded once the items have reached the warehouse and have been cleared of the quality check.
REFUND POLICY
Refunds on items bought during the sale period will not be issued, only credit notes will be issued.
Refunds will be issued only if the products are damaged, defective or wrongly sent.
Shipping charges/convenience fee will be deducted during the refund option.
Refunds will be credited through the original mode of payment as the order was placed within 10-12 working days.
No refunds will be issued on pre-paid orders (orders being shipped from India).
